Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SiteOpsy. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the following terms.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:
- First-time subscriptions only (not renewals)
- Both monthly and annual billing cycles
- The full amount of the initial charge
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial payment date
- It is your first subscription to a paid SiteOpsy plan
- You have not previously received a refund from SiteOpsy
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals (both monthly and annual) are not eligible for refunds. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please cancel before the next billing date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial annual payment. After the 14-day window, you may cancel your annual subscription at any time, but no partial refund will be issued. Your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan (or to the Free plan), the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher plan.
6. How to Request a Refund

Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment processor.
7. Service Disruptions
If SiteOpsy experiences a significant, prolonged service disruption that materially impacts your ability to use the platform, we may, at our discretion, issue prorated credits or refunds. Please contact us at support@siteopsy.io to discuss.
8. Free Plan
The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore no refund terms. You can use the Free plan indefinitely at no cost.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
